All Rates for Two Occupants


RATE INCLUDES: Water, Sewer, Garbage Pick-Up on Site and Concrete Patio. Sites 519-667 have individually paved driveways. All sites are individually metered. Shaded Sites available.

Your initial term (1 year) maybe less then 1 year in order to permit the park owner to have all rental agreements
within the park to commence at the same time, thereafter, all terms tenancies shall be for a minimum of 1 year.
